对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)的保护是现代心血管研究的焦点,中药干漆是漆树科植物漆树分泌的生漆经过干燥加工而成的中药。本实验研究的是中药干漆在大鼠心急I/R中的潜在影响和内在机制。用干漆喂养大鼠,采用结扎大鼠心脏冠状动脉左前降支30 min,然后再灌注大鼠3 h,模拟最常见的缺血再灌注临床表现(即AMI再灌注治疗),来确定干漆对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注的潜在影响和机制。干漆在大鼠心肌对抗I/R损伤可能是通过抑制RHO/rock信号通路来抑制心肌细胞炎症反应,从而发挥明显的心肌保护作用。
