研究表明,球墨铸铁中的渗碳体数量的控制及其评价是制造具有高质量或高功能性铸件的重要因素之一。文章介绍了利用电磁现象,以无损方式评价铸铁中渗碳体的有、无及其数量的方法。指出采用涡流评价方法可以快速、无损检测铸件中含有的渗碳体。
Research shows that the control and evaluation of the amount of cementite in ductile iron is one of the important factors in the manufacture of castings of high quality or high functionality. The article introduces the method of using electromagnetic phenomena to evaluate the presence, absence and amount of cementite in cast iron in a nondestructive manner. It is pointed out that the eddy current evaluation method can quickly and nondestructively test the cementite contained in the castings.
