目的:探讨生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠免疫功能的修复作用。方法:用加速器一次性照射43Gy诱导SD大鼠发生食管炎,建立大鼠急性放射性食管损伤模型,按实验设计处理各组大鼠,研究使用生津合剂后大鼠外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞改变,用流式细胞术检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞值变化。结果:辐射导致急性放射性食管炎大鼠外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞计数及百分数降低,血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值降低;与模型组比较,中药生津合剂能提高大鼠外周血淋巴细胞计数及百分数(P<0.05),降低中性粒细胞百分比(P<0.05),提高血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值,并以高剂量组效果最明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠的免疫功能有修复作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shengjin Mixture on immune function in acute radiation-induced esophageal damage in rats. Methods: A rat model of acute esophagitis induced by esophagitis was induced by accelerating a single dose of 43Gy in rats. The model of acute radiation esophageal injury was established in rats. The rats were treated with Shengjin Mixture. The levels of leukocyte, neutrophil, The changes of lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry. The changes of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + T lymphocytes were detected. Results: The total number of leukocytes, lymphocyte count and percentage of peripheral blood leukocytes, the numbers of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + T lymphocytes decreased in acute esophagitis-induced esophagitis rats. Compared with the model group, Shengjian Heji could increase peripheral blood lymph (P <0.05), decreased the percentage of neutrophils (P <0.05), increased the levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocytes, and the effect was most obvious in high dose group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The Chinese medicine Sheng Jin Heji can repair the immune function of acute radiation esophageal injury in rats.
