新疆地区的农业发展一直以来都受干旱的气候影响,新疆地区的全年降水总量少,且气温高,气候干燥蒸发量大,从而导致新疆地区的水保有量少,这属于结构性缺水,这种缺水的自然环境也决定了发展新疆农业一定要走节水、高效灌溉的路线。通过研究和分析新疆农业节水灌溉的技术,对目前新疆地区农业节水灌溉中出现的问题进行了归纳和总结,有针对性地列出了一些对策。
