伴随着中职教育的不断改革,现今中职生的队伍不断壮大,而相关中职学校却缺乏足够的教学资源,特别是烹饪专业需要具有丰富烹饪业务技艺的教师等。针对这些问题,在中职的相应烹饪教学中需要采取新举措来提升师资力量、增强课程教学的研究,同时提高教学质量,并最终达到提高中职生实践能力和适应就业市场的现实目的。主要从中职生的特点,以及中职烹饪专业的教学管理、教学资源引进、课程设置等各方面展开中职烹饪教学和管理的研究与讨论。
With the continuous reform of secondary vocational education, the ranks of secondary vocational school students are constantly growing while the relevant secondary vocational schools lack sufficient teaching resources. In particular, cooking professions require teachers who have rich cooking skills. In order to solve these problems, new measures should be taken in the corresponding cooking teaching of secondary vocational schools to improve teachers’ ability, enhance the research of curriculum teaching and improve the quality of teaching, and finally achieve the practical purpose of improving the practical ability of secondary vocational students and adapting to the employment market. Mainly from the characteristics of secondary vocational students, as well as secondary vocational teaching teaching management, the introduction of teaching resources, curriculum and other aspects of vocational cooking teaching and management research and discussion.
