简仪、浑仪经过550年的风吹雨打厉经了人间沧桑,仪器的铜包铁结构受到严重的损伤.近十年来,由于大气污染损伤逐步加剧,仪器铜绿逐减,腐蚀危害结构,如不及时抢救,仪器将沧为青铜腐蚀的牺牲品.国外技术文献认为:在RH≥65%时,SO_2和NO_x的存在破坏了锈层的稳定性和加速青铜的腐蚀。因此,为了保证防护效果必须彻底除锈。本文研究证明:应用现代金属工艺手段修复仪器,采用性能优秀的缓蚀剂与封护剂,以及可靠的修复防护工艺,既可以保留与稳定锈层,同时也抑制了青铜的腐蚀。
