浙江农村自实施粮田适度规模经营发展战略以来,在各级党委、政府和有关部门的扶持下,种粮大户保持了持续发展的良好态势,成为农民致富的新景观。粮田规模经营作为政府政策诱导和农民致富行为自愿结合的产物,为发展粮食生产注入了新的生机和活力。粮田规模经营是农村信用社实现信贷支农和自身效益的最佳结合点。从某种意义上说,粮田规模经营是风险较小效益较好的致富项目。因此,积极扶持粮田适度规模经营,是农村信用社优化信贷投向、实现社会效益和自身效益组合的重要举措。统计资料表明,平湖市农村信用社1995年共向50家种粮大户发放种田贷款51.6万元,除部分去冬发放的冬种贷款外,做到贷款当年发放当年收回,无逾期和呆滞贷款。当然这也反映出
