针对冀东油田馆陶组中部、东营组二段及三段采用常规聚合物钻井液钻井时,钻井液抑制性差、复杂情况多、机械钻速低、油层保护效果不理想等问题,在M16×3井三开井段采用了KCl/PolyPlus水基钻井液。该体系主要由生物聚合物增黏剂、泥页岩稳定剂、包被剂、抑制剂、杀菌剂等组成。该体系有害固相含量低,泥饼质量好,能最大限度地防止固相颗粒对储层造成的损害。现场应用表明,KCl/PolyPlus水基钻井液性能稳定,具有独特的流变性,抑制防塌性能好,润滑防卡能力强,井眼净化效果好,钻进过程中没有发生阻卡、井漏及其它复杂情况,钻速快,满足了该井的钻井工程需要;钻井液荧光级别低,不影响录井,是一种适合该地区探井钻井的优质钻井液。

The field application shows that the KCl / PolyPlus water-based drilling fluid has stable performance, unique rheology, good anti-collapse performance, strong lubrication and anti-jamming ability, good hole cleaning effect, no blocking, In other complicated cases, the drilling speed is fast, which meets the drilling engineering needs of the well. The low fluorescence level of the drilling fluid does not affect the logging. It is a good drilling fluid suitable for exploration drilling in this area.
