目的 观察扬子鳄心脏内是否含有神经肽Y(NPY)、P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、铬粒素A(CGA) ,为研究神经肽在心血管系统中的生理、病理作用及比较神经解剖学提供形态学依据。方法 运用免疫组织化学 (ABC)法和免疫荧光方法。结果 ①各免疫反应 (IR)阳性纤维在心脏均可见且分布不均匀。②IR纤维呈串珠状、线状或网络状 ,多分布于肌层和外膜 ,且多伴血管走行。③IR分布密度 :心房处SP、VIP含量较高 ;NPY在心室含量高 ;CGA在静脉窦含量高于其它神经肽 ;在室间隔未见各神经肽。结论 扬子鳄心脏内同样具有高等哺乳动物和人心脏中含有的神经肽 ,具有较完善的肽能神经系统
Objective To investigate whether NPY, SP, VIP and CGA are involved in the heart of alligator sinensis. To study the physiological and pathological effects of neuropeptides in the cardiovascular system, Comparing neuroanatomy provides a morphological basis. Methods Immunohistochemical (ABC) method and immunofluorescence method were used. Results ① The immunoreactive (IR) -positive fibers were visible in the heart and unevenly distributed. ② IR fibers were beaded, linear or network-like, mostly in the muscle and adventitia, and many with blood vessels. ③IR distribution density: atrial SP, VIP content is higher; NPY in the ventricular content is high; CGA in the sinusoidal content higher than other neuropeptides; no neuropeptides in the interventricular septum. Conclusion Alligator sinensis also contains the neuropeptides contained in the heart of higher mammals and human beings, and has a better peptidergic nervous system
