黄韭一般在冬季培育,但为了补充蔬菜品种花样,不少专业进行夏培黄韭。夏培黄韭时间短、卖价高,但其技术要求较严格。在7月中下旬,将长至40—50厘米左右的绿韭培土,即把韭菜叶子全部压倒,然后把整株用土盖压,覆土6—8厘米。夏培黄韭,要掌握好培育时间,适时收获。一般7月下旬培育的,8天可收割;8月上旬培育的,6天左右可收获。收获时,先用锄头铲去泥土,然后把黄韭割下,去净烂叶即可上市。
