采用兔脑凝血活酶粉—高分子葡聚糖作为栓塞剂,造成大鼠脑栓塞模型。观察了川芎红花注射液对大鼠脑栓塞后不同时间的血液流变学、血小板聚集及血浆β—TG、cAMP含量的影响。结果表明:川芎红花注射液可降低大鼠脑栓塞后高、低切变率的全血粘度、红细胞变形能力、血球压积、血小板聚集率和血浆β—TG含量,提高血浆cAMP的含量。这些作用对治疗缺血性中风有重要意义。
Rabbit brain thrombosis model was induced by rabbit brain thrombin powder-polymer dextran as embolic agent. The effects of Chuanxiong Honghua injection on hemorheology, platelet aggregation and plasma β-TG and cAMP levels in rats after cerebral embolism were observed. The results showed that Chuanxiong Honghua Injection can reduce the whole blood viscosity, red blood cell deformability, hematocrit, platelet aggregation rate and plasma β-TG content, and increase plasma cAMP content in rats with high and low shear rate after cerebral embolism. These effects are important for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
