以加入硼元素来提高半固态过共晶高铬铸铁的硬度为目的,研究不同含硼量对4C-17Cr(质量分数,%)的半固态过共晶高铬铸铁显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着硼含量的增加,碳化物的形状因子逐渐减小,粒度因子逐渐增加;组织中马氏体的含量也随着硼含量的增加而增加。试样硬度及冲击韧性值分别呈增加和降低的趋势,且随着硼含量增加到一定程度时,两者的变化幅度均变小。
The effect of boron content on the microstructure and properties of semi-solid hypereutectic high chromium cast iron with 4C-17Cr (mass fraction) was studied by adding boron to improve the hardness of semi-solid hypereutectic high chromium cast iron . The results show that with the increase of boron content, the shape factor of carbides decreases and the size factor increases gradually. The content of martensite in the microstructure also increases with the increase of boron content. The hardness and impact toughness of the samples showed a tendency of increasing and decreasing, respectively. When the content of boron increased to a certain extent, the change range of both was smaller.
