社会主义司法伦理建设事关我国依法治国基本方略能否取得实效,对社会和司法者都具有现实意义。当前司法队伍中存在的一些问题,也说明了司法伦理建设的重要性。这项建设有利于加强党的领导、巩固社会主义制度、正确实施宪法和法律、建设和谐社会和提高司法机关公信度,应从队伍建设、思想建设、制度建设等方面开展工作。
Whether the construction of socialist judicial ethics concerns the effectiveness of our basic strategy of governing the country according to law is of practical significance to both the society and the judiciary. Some problems existing in the current judicial team also illustrate the importance of judicial ethics. This construction is conducive to strengthening the party’s leadership, consolidating the socialist system, correctly implementing the Constitution and laws, building a harmonious society and enhancing the public confidence in the judiciary. We should work from the aspects of team building, ideological construction and system construction.
