开展高炉煤气干法除尘技术研究,是国家的重点科研项目。冶金部安全技术研究所、武汉钢铁设计研究院和武钢燃气厂联合试验组按总体试验规划,选用沸腾反吹清灰的颗粒层除尘器实验室第一阶段试验现已完成。今将其概况略述于下。1.试验条件及结果:入口含尘量10克/米~3,工况下过滤气速10~30米/分;采用三种不同粒径的砂子(0.63—1.25;0.63—0.9;0.9—1.25毫米);砂层厚分别为200—500、200—400、400—600毫米;过滤阻力小于600—700毫米水柱;过滤时间6—8分钟以上。除尘效率
