For the first time, Kawabta et al. Found that the strength of the Ti_ (43) Al_ (57) single crystal compound exhibits an anomalous effect (hereinafter referred to as R effect) increased with temperature rise below a certain temperature. However, the work of Lipisitt and Huang pointed out that the yield strength of polycrystalline TiAl (46-60at% Al) compound decreases with increasing temperature, which is in agreement with Kawabata’s single crystal experimental results
