先成型后焙烧生产超轻型烧结微孔空心砌块是一种新工艺。采用该工艺生产的砌块除保留轻质、高强、保温隔热、防火、防震等性能外,由于吸水率下降、干缩值变小,解决了先焙烧后成型工艺制作的砌块使用中开裂、渗漏问题。文中叙述了超轻型烧结微孔空心砌块的性能、特点,并与先焙烧后成型的陶粒砌块作了对比;讨论了成型机的选择,降低砌块密度、又不降低强度的措施
