利用热丝法考察了10种GL-5车辆齿轮油与纯铁丝在高温下的反应性能和反应生成物的形态,将试验结果与CRCL-37齿轮台架试验结果相关联。结果表明,10种油样的反应曲线可分为收敛型、直线型和诱导型三种类型。反应衄线呈收敛型的铁丝表面生成物分布均匀、致密,油样易于通过CRCL-37齿轮台架试验。
The hot wire method was used to investigate the reactivity of 10 kinds of GL-5 vehicle gear oil and pure iron wire under high temperature and the morphology of reaction products. The test results were correlated with the CRCL-37 gear bench test results. The results show that the reaction curves of 10 kinds of oil samples can be divided into three types: convergent type, linear type and induced type. The reaction wire surface is convergent wire surface product distribution, dense, easy to pass oil sample CRCL-37 gear bench test.
