本文研究了 LC_9铝合金在空气和3.5%NaCl 溶液介质作用下的疲劳应力—寿命特性。试验结果证明,在三种施液方式即浸泡式、喷注式和织物滴水式的旋转弯曲疲劳试验中,LC_9铝合金的疲劳寿命受腐蚀影响依次减轻,但三者的寿命差异并不显著.该材料在空气中的疲劳数据很分散,而盐水腐蚀下的试验重复性很好,这时采用单点试验法仍具有较高的置信度。同时,用扫描电镜观察了断口形貌及断裂特征,并初步讨论了有关的腐蚀疲劳机理。
In this paper, the fatigue stress-life characteristics of LC_9 aluminum alloy under air and 3.5% NaCl solution were studied. The test results show that the fatigue life of LC_9 aluminum alloy is reduced by corrosion in three liquid application methods, namely immersion, jetting and fabric drip spinning. However, the differences of the three lifetimes are not significant. The fatigue data of the material in the air is very scattered, and the test repeatability under salt water corrosion is very good, then the single point test method still has a high degree of confidence. At the same time, the morphology and fracture characteristics of the fracture were observed by SEM, and the related mechanism of corrosion fatigue was also discussed.
