我国传统的以煤炭为主的能源结构,决定了能源消费活动要排放大量污染物,造成城市环境质量的下降,不仅使经济运行成本增加,而且严重威胁到人民群众的身体健康。能源活动对环境与健康的影响将是未来中国社会和经济发展的突出问题之一。
The traditional coal-based energy structure in our country determines that a large amount of pollutants should be discharged from energy consumption activities and the quality of the urban environment will be degraded. This not only increases the cost of economic operation but also seriously threatens the health of the people. The impact of energy activities on the environment and health will be one of the prominent issues in China’s social and economic development in the future.
