在建筑工程投标活动中 ,投标人往往对项目提出多个投标方案 ,每个方案又有多个目标。为了选出最优方案参加竞标 ,本文结合工程实际 ,提出了决策最优方案的数学模型 ,并给出了求解模型的准点法。
In bids for construction projects, bidders often propose multiple bid plans for the project, each of which has multiple objectives. In order to select the best plan to participate in the bidding, this paper puts forward the mathematical model of the optimal decision-making scheme based on the engineering practice, and gives the quasi-point method for solving the model.
