装备试验是一项知识密集型工作,从知识管理的角度研究和评价装备试验的管理效果,是对装备试验管理方法的一种创新性研究。采用层次分析法,建立了由组织体系、知识管理活动和支撑体系构成的“基于知识”的装备试验管理的评价指标体系。通过对多轮专家调查数据进行统计分析,确定了各项指标的权重,应用该评价指标体系对当前我国“基于知识的装备试验鉴定管理”状况进行了评价,并提出相关建议。
Equipment testing is a knowledge-intensive work, from the perspective of knowledge management to evaluate and evaluate the management effectiveness of equipment testing, which is an innovative research on equipment test management. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to establish the evaluation index system of “test based on knowledge” which consists of organizational system, knowledge management activities and supporting systems. Through the statistical analysis of many rounds of expert survey data, the weight of each index is determined, and the status quo of “knowledge-based equipment testing and appraisal management” in our country is evaluated and the relevant suggestions are put forward.
