目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定清火栀麦片中栀子苷的含量,同时使用光电二极管阵列检测器分析栀子苷色谱峰的纯度。方法:采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,光电二极管阵列检测器,流动相为甲醇-水(18:62),流速0.8ml/min,柱温25℃。紫外检测波长为240nm。结果:栀子苷进样量线性范围为0.107~0.963μg,相关系数为0.9995。栀子苷平均回收率为99.07%,RSD为1.5%。在实验条件下样品分离完全。结论:方法简便可行,灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于清火栀麦片中栀子苷的含量。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Qinghuizhi Miao Tablets, and analyze the purity of geniposide chromatographic peaks by photodiode array detector. Methods: Kromasil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) column and photodiode array detector were used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (18:62), the flow rate was 0.8ml / min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. UV detection wavelength of 240nm. Results: The linear range of injection of geniposide was 0.107 ~ 0.963μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995. Geniposide average recovery was 99.07%, RSD was 1.5%. The sample is completely separated under experimental conditions. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of geniposide in Qinghuizhi Miao tablets.
