学生进入高三阶段后,由于面临的高考日趋逼近,学习任务之重,心理压力之大,长此以往,会身心疲惫,能否考上理想的大学,这一年极其的关键。这不仅取决该同学的学习方法与态度,还与任课教师的教法以及正确的引导密不可分。作为高三的英语老师,结合近几年的教学实践,我对高三英语教学工作进行了如下的探索与实践:一、重新审视高考制度,探讨英语教学方法1.成立高三英语教研组,集体讨论高考应对方案。学期开始,由英语教研室主任带头,开展定期的教研会例会,集体讨论落实相关问题:①关注本届高考英语《考试大纲》有没有变化的地方。
