目的:观察肉桂、干姜、丁香、小茴香、胡椒和花椒等六种香辛料水提取物对消化系统功能紊乱的积极作用。方法:本研究采用末端限制性片段长度多态性分析技术,再用总峰面积、Ribotype丰富度(S)、Shannon多样性指数(H)、均匀度指数(E)以及Jacaard相似性指数等指标,针对六种常见香辛料的水提取物对大鼠结肠和直肠中乳酸菌群的数量、多样性及结构进行了分析。结果:六种香辛料的水提取物对结肠中乳酸菌群生长的影响存在差异,但均抑制了直肠中乳酸菌的生长;然而,结肠中除丁香和小茴香组外,基本上都能增加乳酸菌的多样性和分布的均一性;直肠中则只有小茴香组乳酸菌群的多样性和分布的均一性降低;六种水提取物对结肠和直肠的乳酸菌群的结构均产生了较大影响。结论:六种香辛料对消化系统功能紊乱防治功效的共性和差异可能与其对肠道乳酸菌的影响相同或不同有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the positive effects of six kinds of spice extracts, such as cinnamon, dried ginger, clove, cumin, pepper and Chinese prickly ash, on dysfunction of digestive system. Methods: In this study, the restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms of total RNA, the total peak area, Ribotype abundance (S), Shannon’s diversity index (H), evenness index (E) and Jacaard similarity index The quantity, diversity and structure of lactic acid bacteria in the colon and rectum of rats were analyzed for water extracts of six common spices. Results: Six kinds of spice water extracts had different effects on the growth of lactobacillus in the colon, but all inhibited the growth of lactic acid bacteria in the rectum. However, except for the clove and fennel groups in the colon, the diversity of lactic acid bacteria was basically increased Sex and distribution uniformity; only the genitalia in the rectum lactic acid bacteria diversity and distribution uniformity decreased; six aqueous extracts on the colon and rectum lactic acid flora have a greater impact on the structure. Conclusion: The commonality and difference of efficacy of six kinds of spice on the digestive system dysfunction may be related to the same or different effects on intestinal lactic acid bacteria.
