采用透射电镜观察了更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。经实验观察,更年平调液组大鼠心肌细胞内肌丝排列规则,明带和暗带明显可见,肌节完整,线粒体结构清晰。更年期对照组心肌细胞内部的肌丝、肌节及明、暗节排列较紊乱,线粒体结构模糊,结果表明,更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞可能起着重要的保护作用。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the protective effects of Gengnianping regulating liquid on cerebrovascular cells in climacteric rats. According to the experimental observation, the arrangement of myofilament in cardiomyocytes of rats in the bilgelain adjustment group was regular, and the light and dark bands were clearly visible. The sarcomere was intact and the mitochondrial structure was clear. In the climacteric control group, myofibers, sarcomere, and dark and dark segments were arranged disorderly and the mitochondrial structure was blurred. The results showed that Gengnianping regulating liquid may play an important protective role in climacteric rat cardiomyocytes.
