目的研究蚯蚓制剂(普恩复)是否能提高小鼠运动耐力和降低体内丙二醇含量。方法30只小鼠随机分为4组口服普恩复8周。普恩复加入饲料中,各组服药量为0mg/d、10mg/d、20mg/d和30mgm/d。观察对小鼠游泳时间和肝匀浆中MDA浓度的影响。结果与对照组比,游泳时间明显延长,肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA,TBA法)含量明显降低。服药时间8周以上,剂量达30mg/d周时,上述变化显著。结论普恩复具有增强小鼠运动耐力与细胞保护作用。
Objective To study whether earthworm preparations (Pu’n Fu) can improve exercise endurance and reduce the content of propylene glycol in mice. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of oral Pu’en for 8 weeks. Pu’en was added into the feed, the dosage of each group was 0mg / d, 10mg / d, 20mg / d and 30mgm / d. The effect on mouse swimming time and MDA concentration in liver homogenate was observed. Results Compared with the control group, the swimming time was significantly prolonged, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA, TBA) in liver homogenate was significantly decreased. The medication time is more than 8 weeks, the dose of 30mg / d week, the above changes significantly. Conclusions Pu’en Fu can enhance exercise endurance and cell protection in mice.
