由我院杨遵仪教授领导的IGCP203项目（国际地质对比规划203项）东特提斯区二叠系—三叠系事件及其洲际对比研究第一次国际工作会议于3月1日—4日在北京卧佛寺召开。 IGCP203项于1982年经IGCP国际委员会通过由中国主持,时限1983—1987年。这是中国第一次担任IGCP项目的国际主席。该项目担负着确立二叠—三叠系界线层型剖面和研究东特提斯区二叠三叠系事件的重大任务。
IGCP203 Project (203 International Geological Correlation Programs) led by Professor Yang Zhaoyi in our school Permian-Triassic events in the Tethys area and their intercontinental comparison The first international conference was held from March 1-4 Beijing Temple of the Reclining Buddha held. The IGCP203 project was approved by the IGCP International Committee in 1982 and was chaired by China for a period of 1983-1987. This is the first time that China has served as the International Chair of the IGCP project. The project is responsible for establishing the Permian-Triassic boundary-line profile and studying the Permian-Triassic events in the Eastern Tethys.
