超声常规三切面及其联合特殊切面法对唇腭裂胎儿的筛查价值

目的:探讨产前超声常规三切面、特殊切面法对胎儿唇腭裂的筛查价值。方法:抽取周口市中心医院2017年8月至2019年12月收治的80例疑似胎儿唇腭裂孕妇为对象,所有孕妇均于产前采用超声常规三切面法、特殊切面法筛查胎儿唇腭裂情况。比较超声常规三切面法、常规三切面联合特殊切面法的检查结果,计算产前超声常规三切面法、常规三切面联合特殊切面法对胎儿唇腭裂检查的敏感性及特异性。结果:超声常规三切面法对胎儿唇腭裂检出率(82.50%,66/80)低于超声常规三切面联合特殊切面法(96.25%,77/80),差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。80例疑似胎儿唇腭裂孕妇中,最终经引产或分娩确诊78例(97.50%),超声常规三切面法对胎儿唇腭裂诊断的敏感性(79.49%)、特异性(50.00%)低于超声常规三切面联合特殊切面法(98.72%、100.00%)。n 结论:应用超声常规三切面法联合特殊切面法筛查胎儿唇腭裂敏感性及特异性均较优,有利于提高胎儿唇腭裂正确检出率。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical value of conventional three-section antenatal ultrasound and special section ultrasound in screening fetal cleft lip and palate.Methods:A total of 80 pregnant women with suspected fetal cleft lip and palate admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects. All pregnant women were screened for fetal lips by conventional three-section ultrasound and special section ultrasound before delivery. The examination results of conventional three-section ultrasound, and conventional three-section combined with special section ultrasound for cleft lip and palate were compared. The sensitivity and specificity of conventional three-section combined with special section ultrasound for cleft lip and palate were calculated.Results:The detection rate (82.50%, 66/80) of fetal cleft lip and palate by conventional ultrasonic three-section method was lower than that of conventional three-section ultrasound combined with special section ultrasound (96.25%, 77/80), n P<0.05. Among the 80 pregnant women with suspected fetal cleft lip and palate, 78 fetus (97.50%) were finally definitely diagnosed after induced labor or natural labor, and the sensitivity and specificity of conventional three-section ultrasound for the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip were 79.49% and 50.00%, respectively, lower than the 98.72% and 100.00% of the special section ultrasound.n Conclusions:The sensitivity and specificity in screening fetal cleft lip and palate by conventional three-section method combined with special section ultrasound are great, which is beneficial to improvement in the correct detection rate of fetal cleft lip and palate.
