CA19.9是目前临床上广泛应用的肿瘤标志物,其为涎酸化的Lewis a血型抗原,并由单克隆抗体1116NS19-9所识别。正常支气管上皮细胞、胰腺导管和腺泡中心细胞以及子宫内膜等均可有CA19-9表达和分布,但血清浓度多不超过37 U/ml。在发生消化道恶性肿瘤,特别是胰腺癌时,血清CA19-9常明显升高,是迄今为止对胰腺癌最具诊断价值
CA19.9 is currently a clinically widely used tumor marker, which is a salivary Lewis a blood group antigen and is recognized by the monoclonal antibody 1116 NS19-9. Normal bronchial epithelial cells, pancreatic ductal and acinar cells, as well as the endometrium and so can have CA19-9 expression and distribution, but the serum concentration did not exceed 37 U / ml.
