By explaining the principles of sociological issues in recent organizational aesthetic studies, this paper reveals the relationship between organizational aesthetics and organizational democracy; discusses the diverse and innovative methods and models of research in organizational sociology and organizational theory; and in particular, Organizational analysis with artistic and aesthetic characteristics in everyday working life. By covering the dimensions of organizational life aesthetics, the author believes that the social consultative study of organizational aesthetics implies that we should expand the standards of citizens and democracies organized in daily work and life.
