针对不良天气和路面环境下沿用正常天气交通信号配时方案时信号控制效益下降的问题,从不良天气和路面环境下交通流运行特征入手,分析了因天气和路面环境改变导致的以经典信号控制理论为优化基础的信号配时方案演变情况,采用Vissim软件建立了哈尔滨市嵩山路与淮河路交叉口良好天气与雪天的交通信号控制仿真模型,并进行了案例分析。分析表明:雪天及时调整信号配时方案,与仍采用良好天气情况下的信号配时方案相比,能有效降低车辆在信号交叉口的停车次数和延误,提高交叉口的通行效率。这一分析结果适用于所有不良天气和路面环境下的交通信号优化控制。
In the view of bad weather and the problem of signal control efficiency decline when using normal weather traffic signal timing scheme in pavement environment, this paper analyzes the characteristics of traffic flow under adverse weather and pavement environment, The theory is the evolution of signal timing scheme based on optimization. The traffic signal control simulation model of good weather and snow at the intersection of Harbin Songshan Road and Huaihe Road is established by Vissim software and the case analysis is carried out. The analysis shows that when the snow days adjust the signal timing scheme in time, compared with the signal timing scheme when the weather is still good, it can effectively reduce the number and delays of vehicles stopping at the signalized intersections and improve the traffic efficiency at the intersections. The result of this analysis is applicable to traffic signal optimization control under all bad weather and road conditions.
