由于缺乏无干预情况下的疫情数据,流感防控策略(包括药物干预和非药物干预)的效果很难通过传统的流行病学设计得以评价。因此,数学建模成为了制定和评估流感流行应对策略的重要手段。现按照流感疫情和流感监测归类,对近年来常用模型研究与热点进行归纳,综述各类数学模型的研究现况,为流感数学建模提供参考。
