目前高职教育办学模式上仍然是“本科的压缩”,面临内外部环境挑战。高等职业技术教育应抓住机遇,大胆改革与创新,尽快与市场“零距离”接触,瞄准市场,办出培育高级“蓝领”的特色。但是我省高等职业教育面临的外部环境挑战有:1．体制较为陈旧。2．政府认识不到位。3．劳动力转移带来新问题。4．投入不足。5．教育资源分配不平衡。6．供求矛盾突出。
At present, the mode of running higher vocational education is still “undergraduate compression”, facing internal and external environmental challenges. Higher vocational and technical education should seize the opportunity, bold reform and innovation, as soon as possible with the market “zero distance” contact, aimed at the market, to cultivate high-level “blue-collar” features. However, the external environment challenges facing higher vocational education in our province are as follows: 1. The system is relatively old. 2. The government does not know enough. 3. Labor migration brings new problems. 4. Inadequate investment. 5. The distribution of educational resources is not balanced. 6. The contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding.
