所谓可靠性是指在规定的环境条件下,在规定的使用条件下,设备完成规定职能的能力。对于一个具体设备和系统来说,不仅有可靠性问题,而且还有发生故障后复原的能力和复原的速度问题,称为可维护性。提高可维护性,是为了提高设备和系统的可使用性。通常把不发生故障的可靠性和排除故障的可维护性叫作广义的可靠性。
The so-called reliability refers to the provisions of the environment, under the conditions of use, equipment, the ability to complete the prescribed functions. For a specific device and system, not only reliability issues, but also the ability to recover after a failure and the speed of recovery, known as maintainability. Improve maintainability, is to improve the equipment and system availability. The reliability of non-failing and the maintainability of troubleshooting are generally referred to as generalized reliability.
