目的分析对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者采用心理护理干预对其抑郁、焦虑情绪及躯体症状的影响。方法选取轮台县人民医院2014年1月~2015年2月收治的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者78例,将其随机分为两组,其中对照组(n=39)采用常规护理模式,观察组(n=39)强调心理护理干预,比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪及躯体症状改善情况。结果两组干预前SCL-90评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组明显低于对照组与本组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中使用可有效改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪及躯体症状,有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression, anxiety and somatic symptoms in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods Totally 78 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis admitted to the RenPeng Hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 39) (n = 39) emphasized psychological nursing intervention, compared anxiety, depression and somatic symptoms in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 score between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis can effectively improve their anxiety, depression and somatic symptoms, with the promotion of value.
