中医运气学说是中医学术体系重要的组成部分,是《黄帝内经》中最为精彩的内容之一。传染病是由各种致病微生物所引起的一类传染性疾病,中国古代将其称之为疫、疫疠、疠疾、天行、天时、时气、温疫等,与五运六气有很大的关系。本文以传染性疾病手足口病为例,总结各医家从运气学角度分析、治疗手足口病的经验,以期寻求中医运气学在传染性疾病预防、诊断与治疗方面的价值。
