本文深入分析了影响高温铂电阻温度计性能的各种物理因素和化学因素,指出形变和应力、化学污染和晶格点缺陷是影响温度计稳定性的三项主要因素。提出高温铂电阻温度计结构设计中应遵循的诸原则。根据传热学的计算,指出了改善温度计热性能的途径。设计了一种新型片状骨架结构的温度计。这种新的温度计结构克服了国外现有温度计的许多缺点,具有应力小、稳定性和热性能好等优点。
In this paper, various physical and chemical factors that affect the performance of high temperature platinum resistance thermometers are analyzed in depth. It is pointed out that three major factors affecting the stability of thermometers are deformation and stress, chemical pollution and lattice point defects. Proposed high temperature platinum resistance thermometer structural design should follow the principles. According to the calculation of heat transfer, the ways to improve the thermal performance of the thermometer are pointed out. A new thermometer with sheet-like skeleton structure was designed. The new thermometer structure overcomes many shortcomings of the existing thermometers abroad, has the advantages of small stress, good stability and thermal performance.
