2014年,国网朝阳供电公司运营监测(控)中心认真贯彻落实总部和省公司工作部署,坚持“全方位、全覆盖、全范围、全业务”的全面监测指导思想,采取“在线离线两手抓”、“常态热点相结合”工作策略,建立评估模型,强化督办考核,初步实现了运监中心从“能用”到“有用”的转变,目前运监体系已经成为支撑公司运营的新型监督保障体系。
