干细胞白血病(SCL)基因编码一种helix-loop-helix(HLH)家族的转录因子,它与许多组织的分化和发育有关。我们采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,检测了116例各型白血病中SCL基因的表达情况,总表达率为71.55%。在ANLL、CML、c-ALL和CLL中的表达率分别为62.96%、88.24%、85.71%及100%。同时,分析了81例ANLL各亚型中SCL基因的表达情况,其中MO和MI型的表达率较高,为90.91%和81.25%。本结果提示SCL基因不仅表达于T-ALL中,也广泛表达于其它类型的淋巴细胞白血病和髓性白血病中。推测SCL在白血病细胞的增殖和发育中可能起一定的作用。
The stem cell leukemia (SCL) gene encodes a helix-loop-helix (HLH) family of transcription factors that are involved in the differentiation and development of many tissues. We used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to detect the expression of SCL gene in 116 leukemia patients. The total expression rate was 71.55%. The expression rates in ANLL, CML, c-ALL, and CLL were 62.96%, 88.24%, 85.71%, and 100%, respectively. At the same time, the expression of SCL gene in 81 subtypes of ANLL was analyzed. Among them, the expression rates of MO and MI were high, which were 90.91% and 81.25%. This result suggests that the SCL gene is not only expressed in T-ALL but also widely expressed in other types of lymphocytic leukemia and myeloid leukemia. It is speculated that SCL may play a role in the proliferation and development of leukemia cells.
