目的:建立同时测定藿香正气水中甘草苷、橙皮苷、水合氧化前胡素和白当归素4种有效成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.03%醋酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)-甲醇(C),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长276 nm。结果:甘草苷、橙皮苷、水合氧化前胡素和白当归素进样量分别在0.008 66~0.173,0.073 4~1.47,0.013 8~0.138,0.005 28~0.106μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 8)。平均加样回收率分别为100.8%(RSD为1.3%),99.2%(RSD为0.6%),98.5%(RSD为1.9%),100.4%(RSD为1.9%)。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏,专属性强,可作为控制藿香正气水质量的方法。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of four active constituents of liquiritin, hesperidin, hydrated oxidized preproin and white angelica in Huoxiangzhengqi water. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of 0.03% aqueous acetic acid (A) -acetonitrile (B) Detection wavelength of 276 nm. Results: The injection volume of glycyrrhizin, hesperidin, hydrated oxidized isoflavone and white angelica were respectively good with the peak area in the range of 0.008 66 ~ 0.173,0.073 4 ~ 1.47,0.013 8 ~ 0.138,0.005 28 ~ 0.106μg Linear relationship (r ≥ 0.999 8). The average recoveries were 100.8% (RSD 1.3%), 99.2% (RSD 0.6%), 98.5% (RSD 1.9%) and 100.4% (RSD 1.9%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and specific and can be used as a method to control the water quality of Huoxiangzhengqi.
