本文是以10吨/时蒸汽锅炉为被控对象,进行了内、外扰动特性分析,建立了数学模型;分析设计了用DDZ—Ⅱ型仪表实施的HDW三冲量给水过程控制系统;设计了用计算机实现的三冲量给水过程控制DDC系统。对仪表和微机两种控制系统分别进行了仿真与对比,两种方案均可达到工艺实用、投资经济和运行安全的设计指标。
In this paper, the 10 t / h steam boiler is controlled by the object, the internal and external disturbance characteristics are analyzed and the mathematical model is established. The HDW three-impulse water supply process control system with DDZ-Ⅱ instrument is designed and analyzed. Computer - implemented three - impulse feed water process control DDC system. The two kinds of control system of instrument and microcomputer are respectively simulated and compared. The two schemes can reach the design indexes of practical technology, investment economy and operation safety.
