影象莫尔法是三维测量中的一个分支,是测定W场位移的一种有效的实用方法。它具有设备简单,方法简便,能够给出全场信息等明显的优点。本文扼要地介绍了影象莫尔法的基本原理,对实际应用中的几种重要光学系统作了简明分析,给出便于应用的结论。此外,通过集中载荷作用下简支板的弯曲试验和抛物面壳体表面位移的测定,阐述了影象莫尔法在位移测量中的应用。文中推荐一个研究三维曲面w场位移的简便方法——二次曝光法,并对提高影象莫尔法的灵敏度作了简要讨论。
The image Morph method is a branch in 3D measurement and is an effective and practical method for measuring the W field displacement. It has a simple device, the method is simple, can give the audience information and other obvious advantages. This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of the image Moire method, concisely analyzes several important optical systems in practice, and gives the conclusion that it is easy to be applied. In addition, through the bending test of simply supported plate and the displacement of paraboloid shell under concentrated load, the application of image Moire method in displacement measurement is expounded. In this paper, a simple method to study the field displacement of three-dimensional curved surface w - double exposure method is recommended, and the sensitivity of improving the image Morph method is briefly discussed.
