目的研究生化汤对自由基.OH的清除作用。方法采用Fenton法对3种不同工艺及主药配伍比例变化获得的生化汤提取物对羟基自由基的清除能力进行考察。结果生化汤对自由基.OH的清除能力与提取物含量相关(P<0.01),3种不同工艺获得的生化汤提取物对自由基.OH的清除作用有差异。当归剂量变化对自由基.OH清除作用与生化汤浓度之间的正相关性有较大影响。结论生化汤对自由基.OH具有较好的捕获作用。
Objective To study the scavenging effect of Shenghua Decoction on free radical .OH. Methods Fenton method was used to study the scavenging ability of biochemical free radical scavenging ability of the three kinds of biochemical soup extracts obtained from three different technologies and the main drug compatibility ratio. Results Biochemical decoction of free radical. OH scavenging capacity and extract content (P <0.01), three different biochemical soup extract obtained on the scavenging effect of free radical. OH differences. Danggui dose changes on free radical .OH scavenging effect and the concentration of biochemical soup have a greater positive correlation. Conclusions Shenghua Decoction has good trapping effect on free radical .OH.
