在日光温室内,采用无土栽培模式,研究了几种组合基质对脱毒马铃薯原原种经济性状和经济效益间的关系,结果表明:沙子、牛粪、蛭石容积比按0.40:0.40:0.20配制的脱毒马铃薯原原种栽培基质与CK(蛭石)比较,脱毒马铃薯原原种株高、茎粗、叶片数、根系长分别增加了0.17 cm、0.04 cm、0.18片、0.05 cm;存活率、单株粒重、单粒重、单株粒数、繁殖效率分别增加了2.21%、0.52 g、0.15 g、0.08粒、26.75粒/m2;利润、投资效率分别增加34.42元/m2、753个百分点。处理间的差异显著性经LSR检验,达到显著和极显著水平。
In the solar greenhouse, the soilless cultivation model was used to study the relationship between the economic traits and the economic benefits of several combinations of virulent potato progenies.
