我国社会体系、市场体系都越来越完善,越来越开放,这一方面为企业的发展带来了更加广阔的空间,另一方面也造成了企业员工思想的多向性与复杂性。如果不能正确的引导员工思想,会使得企业发展受阻,影响到我国和谐社会的建设进程。为进一步提高企业思想政治工作的有效性,本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验,对如何在当前搞好企业思想政治工作提出了部分探讨性分析与建议,以期保障企业稳步发展,推动我国和谐社会建设进程。
China’s social system and market system are getting more and more perfect and opening up. This has brought more room for the development of the enterprise and on the other hand, it has also caused the multi-directionalness and complexity of employees’ thinking. If we can not correctly guide the staff thinking, will make the development of enterprises hindered, affecting the process of building a harmonious society in our country. In order to further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in enterprises, based on the author’s own practical work experience, this paper puts forward some exploratory analyzes and suggestions on how to do a good job in current ideological and political work so as to ensure the steady development of enterprises and promote the building of a harmonious society in China process.
