目的:考察注射用复方甘草酸苷的细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法:参照《中国药典》2005年版细菌内毒素检查法,对6批注射用复方甘草酸苷进行检查。结果:本品用BET水稀释为1:20的溶液后,对标示灵敏度为0．25 EU·ml-1的鲎试剂无干扰作用。结论:本品稀释为1:20的溶液后,可用灵敏度为0．25 EU·ml-1的鲎试剂进行检测。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for compound glycyrrhizin for injection. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition bacterial endotoxin test method, six batches of compound glycyrrhizin for injection were inspected. Results: The product was diluted with BET water 1:20 solution, the labeling sensitivity of 0.25 EU · ml-1 stilbene reagent without interference. Conclusion: This product is diluted 1:20 solution, the sensitivity of 0.25 EU · ml-1 test for the detection of stilbene.
