目的 :观察地塞米松对Masugi肾炎的治疗作用。 方法 :建立Masugi肾炎模型 ,观察Masugi肾炎尿蛋白、BUN、SCr含量的动态变化及组织形态学的改变。结果 :地塞米松处理的家兔尿蛋白、BUN、SCr含量均明显低于Masugi肾炎模型组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,也未见有明显的肾小球病理性损害。 结论 :地塞米松对Masugi肾炎具有很好的治疗作用
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of dexamethasone on Masugi nephritis. Methods: Masugi nephritis model was established to observe the changes of urinary protein, BUN and SCr contents and histomorphology in Masugi’s nephritis. Results: The urinary protein, BUN and SCr contents of rabbits treated with dexamethasone were significantly lower than those of Masugi nephritis model group (P <0.01), and no obvious glomerular pathological damage was observed. Conclusion: Dexamethasone has a good therapeutic effect on Masugi nephritis
