一、优化教育目标,找准教育起点 从目前部队开展四个教育的情况看,一些单位之所以出现教育针对性不强、脱离官兵思想实际、教育效果差的现象,一个深层原因,就是教育的起点不准、目标不当。有的把各次教育的具体目标混同于四个教育的根本目标;有的虽确立了具体的教育目标,但对目标设置考虑不周,细化不够,大而化之,导致教育者在实施教育过程中,仍然心中无数、没有方寸;还有的在确立教育目标时,常常忽视对教育对象的思想和接受能力的分析,从而造成教育目标过高或过低。确立科学的教育目标,最根本的是各级教育者要进一步提高对四个教育的重要地位、作用的认识,切实端正教育的指导思想,真正把着眼点放在解决官兵现实存在的思想

Optimizing Educational Goals and Finding the Starting Point for Education From the current situation in which the four forces are marketed by the armed forces, there is a deep reason why some units appear to be poorly educated, out of line with the ideology of officers and men and the poor effect of education. The starting point is not allowed, the target is improper. Some confuse the specific goals of each education with the fundamental goals of the four educational systems. Some have set specific targets for education but they have not taken sufficient care in setting goals. In the process of education, there are still countless hearts and no inch. Others often ignore the analysis of the thoughts and acceptability of the educational target when establishing the educational goal, which leads to the over or under educational goal. The most fundamental thing to establish a scientific educational goal is that educators at all levels should further raise their awareness of the important status and role of the four educational systems and the guiding ideology of earnestly correcting education so that they can really focus on resolving the existing thinking of officers and men
