采用免疫组化技术及单克隆抗体Tac(抗IL-2受体)、I_2(抗HLA-DR抗原)及OKT_9(抗TFR),对17例膀胱肿瘤和23例术后预防肿瘤复发者卡介苗(BCG)灌注后膀胱原位单核细胞中免疫细胞的活化进行研究。BCG灌注后,膀胱粘膜上皮出现大量DR~+抗原表达。膀胱粘膜上皮细胞成为抗原递呈细胞,可能是BCG抗膀胱癌重要作用机理之一。BCG灌注后,膀胱粘膜固有层单核细胞中的Tac~+、I_2~+、T_9~+细胞明显增多,是BCG刺激膀胱局部,使免疫细胞大量激活的标志。膀胱原位免疫细胞活化需要BCG不断地刺激,预防肿瘤复发需长久灌注BCG。
Immunohistochemistry and monoclonal antibodies Tac (anti-IL-2 receptor), I_2 (anti-HLA-DR antigen) and OKT_9 (anti-TFR), 17 cases of bladder cancer and 23 cases of postoperative tumor recurrence prevention BCG BCG) after instillation of the activation of immune cells in the bladder in situ mononuclear cells were studied. After BCG perfusion, a large number of DR ~ + antigen expressed in the bladder mucosal epithelium. Bladder mucosal epithelial cells become antigen presenting cells, which may be one of the important mechanisms of BCG against bladder cancer. After BCG perfusion, the number of Tac ~ +, I_2 ~ + and T_9 ~ + cells in mononuclear cells of bladder mucosa obviously increased, which is a sign of BCG stimulating local part of bladder and activating large amount of immune cells. Activation of bladder in situ immune cells require continuous stimulation of BCG, to prevent recurrence of tumor need long-lasting infusion of BCG.
