研究了协同流动载体(HEHEHP+TOA)表面活性剂(ENJ-3029)、溶剂(煤油)和内相(1.2%草酸溶液)等高效液膜体系,对分离富集微量铪的影响。确定了HEHEHP-TOA-ENJ-3029-煤油-草酸溶液体系的最佳组成、最适宜的实验条件。实验表明,只有HfO2+能从常见的金属离子(如Zr4+、Fe3+、Al3+、Ti4+、SiO2-3等)中得到满意的分离富集。富集后的铪用偶氮胂Ⅲ法分光光度计测定之。该法已用于富集和测定锆英石矿、氧化锆和锆铁合金中的微量铪,结果十分满意。
The effect of synergistic mobile carrier (HEHEHP + TOA) surfactant (ENJ-3029), solvent (kerosene) and internal phase (1.2% oxalic acid solution) on the separation and enrichment of trace hafnium was studied. The optimum composition of HEHEHP-TOA-ENJ-3029-kerosene-oxalic acid system and the most suitable experimental conditions were determined. Experiments show that only HfO2 + can get satisfactory separation and enrichment from the common metal ions (such as Zr4 +, Fe3 +, Al3 +, Ti4 +, SiO2-3, etc.). The enriched hafnium is measured with the arsenazo III method spectrophotometer. The method has been used to enrich and measure trace amounts of hafnium in zircon, zirconia and zirconium-iron alloys and results are satisfactory.
